We offer a range of health services for our residents. Nursing, house physician, and community services are included in your monthly rate. We can also provide more specialized care packages to meet your needs.

Nursing
Our nursing services are exceptional. We provide 24 hour around the clock registered staff who will answer any questions you may have or ensure peace of mind. Our health care professionals carry the designation of RN (Registered Nurse) or RPN (Registered Practical Nurse). Both groups are members of the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Our services include:

• Nursing staff around the clock
• Medication administration
• Weekly assistance with bathing
• Escort to meals
• Meals trays as required
• Nightly bed security checks
• 24 hour emergency response

House Physician
Our house Physician visits weekly and will take on our new residents as his patients, should you find the travel to your own doctor too difficult.

Community Services
If care should become greater, then outside community agencies have partnered with Conestoga Lodge Retirement Residence to provide quality care. Agencies such as CCAC (Community Care Access Centers) and Red Cross Homemakers will provide this care. Services are also available from other agencies such as the Canadian Cancer Society, the Canadian Institute for the Blind (CNIB) and the Alzheimer's Society.

Special Packaged Services
We can create effective special care packages that work extremely well for additional routine care. Hopefully this service will no be needed, but be sure to ask, just in case.
