Featured Recipe: Prize Butter Tarts

Ingredients
1/3 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp milk
½ cup currants
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
Pastry
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and spoon into tart tins lined with pastry. Bake in preheated oven at 450 F for 8 minutes. Lower heat to 350 F until pastry is browned.
